My first time visiting and the doggie bathing station had all we needed . David was great and such a welcoming smile as well as so attentive and kind . There was also a lady with blonde hair . I believe she was the manager sorry didn’t get your name . She was so kind and helpful helping me find a collar on sale for my pup and stuff for my kitty . Thank you both for such great customer service it was truly a great place to shop for my fur babies .

The Hollywood Feed on Benfield Road has been our trusted pet shop for years now. The staff is always very knowledgeable and ready to assist even if they are shorthanded. They frequently offer deals and specials to save you money no matter what animal you have.

We normally have our cat & dog food delivered to our home (which is AMAZING), they do same day delivery! When we do occasionally stop into the store, we always have the best experience. Such nice & helpful staff! Hollywood feed has competitive pricing with other pet stores, I wouldn’t say they are NOT over priced. Everything you can find in Hollywood feed is quality. Thanks for being so amazing!

I had to wash my poodle and German shepherd and they gave a little ramekin of shampoo obviously not enough for my pup it was also sixteen dollars an their “velocity “ dryers knob wouldn’t stay on so I couldn’t get my dog all the way dry also had to dry them in a wet tub as there was no table to dry them on

The staff here is incredibly knowledgeable and the place is spotless. The prices are amazing, even lower than their competitors. They were so helpful, giving us advice, tips, and coupons for our new puppy, Pugsley. We were blown away by how friendly they were and how much of their products are American-made, which is incredibly important to my family. We’ll definitely be back to this location. Thank you, ladies!
