(from Google)I took my Great Pyrenees, Toby, here and had the absolute best experience! He is usually very nervous at the groomers, but Sophia was incredible with him. She was so patient, calm, and really took the time to make sure he felt comfortable throughout the whole process. You can tell she genuinely cares about the dogs she works with. Toby came out looking amazing and seemed so much more relaxed than he normally is after grooming. I’m so grateful we found someone who treats him with such kindness and care. Highly recommend Sophia if you have a nervous pup. She truly goes above and beyond!
I think my groomers name was Sophia?? She was AMAZING!!! She actually LISTENED to me and gave my dog the cut I wanted!!!! This was my first time at this parlor and I will be going back and requesting her ever single time. I liked the other staff as well. Overall just a great experience and decent price! Very happy!! Thank you!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ THE BEST DOGGY SPA IN THE WORLD! Wagon Tails is truly the best doggy spa experience we have ever had. From day one, they have treated our sweet Rottweiler, Indy, like absolute royalty. And when you have a big, strong girl with a sensitive heart, that kind of patience and love means everything. They are always on time, professional, and incredibly attentive. But what really sets them apart is how genuinely caring they are. Indy isn’t just another appointment on the schedule she is loved there. You can feel it. She comes home happy, relaxed, and looking absolutely beautiful every single time. Her coat is shiny, she smells amazing, and most importantly, she feels comfortable and safe. If you’re looking for the most patient, loving, dependable doggy spa out there by Waggin Tails is it. We are so grateful we found them. Indy gives them two paws up every time! 🐾💕
I took my pit/lab mix that I rescued from county here to have her washed and brushed out and have her nails clipped. Because of her previous circumstances and apparently having been kept her whole life in a junkyard in downtown Phoenix, she is very afraid of the outside, loud noises and definitely DOES NOT like her feet being touched. Jennifer, the GM and head groomer was so patient with her! I picked her up and we came home and for the first time, she crawled right into my lap and fell asleep. She was so relaxed and happy!
Against my better judgment, I decided to give Waggin Tails Dog Spa another chance after being disappointed with our first visit. Unfortunately, the second experience was even worse. When we brought our little guy in, we clearly informed the staff (and physically showed them) that he has two dewclaws. We specifically asked them to be very careful. Despite pointing this out, they still managed to cut him. Not only was he injured, but he also wasn’t groomed thoroughly. He didn’t appear properly washed, and this was by far the worst haircut he has received. When I was told about the cut, I was advised that it “wasn’t bad.” However, when I saw it myself, it was worse than they described. All they did was apply liquid bandage. There should be a proper protocol in place for situations like this, as there is with many professional grooming spas, such as recommending or arranging a vet visit, or at the very least sending the dog home with proper supplies and clear care instructions. We received nothing. Instead, I now have to spend additional money to treat the wound, purchase a cone, and monitor him closely to prevent infection and ensure proper healing. Meanwhile, it’s business as usual for them, with no real accountability. This was completely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and find another groomer.
