Renzo is the best! His communication was great and our dog loved being groomed. I wasn't sure how she'd do as this was her first time but he was wonderful with her. She looks so good and smells great, we will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

My Aussie got the best grooming today by Renzo! He was so friendly and my pup immediately took to him. Couldn’t be happier, as my Aussie has a longer double coat. He trimmed him up without making it look too short. Got the tough parts perfectly, like his extra dense behind. Highly recommend.

Both my dog and I are very happy with their service! Excellent, highly recommend. His coat feels great and his tight outline cut is super even and cute. I know with groomers, especially mobile, sometimes you have to track them down and be really flexible to get an appointment. But that was not the case with new era—they were prompt and easy to communicate with, and my dog actually got groomed the day I booked for! Very good experience!

Renzo has groomed my Persian kitty Shakira three times now. I usually get a sanitary shave including the bum area and full brush out. He’s also been able to shave off any mattes she has (thanks to him there are less each time)! She always comes back so soft and cute in a bandana. Can’t beat the convenience and service!

I highly recommend New Era Mobile Pet Grooming! My dog Devo has special needs with a hip problem, and this was the most stress-free grooming experience ever. Having them come to our home was so convenient. Renzo was amazing — a true dog whisperer — and Devo came out fluffy, clean, shiny, and not shedding at all. We’ll definitely use them again!
