I would like to say my experience with Scenthound was amazing; the vet came out and explained everything that my Lady went through on her first visit. They cleaned her ears; the very said they will be working on them until she had no more issues. Ii am looking forward to our next visit

Love this place! My husband and I were super hesitant due to the last place didn’t do what we asked. This place however does amazing everytime we take Toby to get him groomed. Also love the membership, we have a husky and he needs to be groomed pretty much every month so this is super convenient and super well priced! I never pay more than $100 a month

We took our 6 month old puppy for her full bath + grooming and she did great! They did a wonderful job on the phone and in person, Darren was AMAZING with us as puppy parents and taking care of Ginny our sweet Shih-poo! We signed up for the monthly membership. Great prices!

Brought my morkie here and couldn’t be happier! He came home smelling and looking so good! The staff was so sweet and helpful. Everyone upfront is extremely welcoming and they truly are your pups number one supporter!!

See before and after photos. I am mourning the loss of my Pomsky’s identity for the next year of her regrowth process. The groomer made the decision to nearly shave her top coat without my consent. Even though I explicitly stated to not go less than half her current top coat length, he claimed it would have made her look choppy due to her knots. That should have been communicated via a phone call prior to taking further actions. I expected a full refund of the monthly membership fee AND service for the cosmetic damage, along with requesting to cancel. I will never return considering she has no fur to take care of and lost all trust. I am extremely sad, and disappointed this has happened to my fur baby. She looks like she has undergone a major surgery, her unique red brown coat color gone, her tail hair cut to the stub, her face hair cut to look like a bubble, it makes my heart ache looking at her. To the business, please use this as a learning experience to ALWAYS take the extra step to call your clients and allow them to make any decisions that go against their requests or have any doubts, regardless of the reason. Clients, I suggest reiterating your position and even showing images as examples. This man gave her a trim before that looked fine, so I did not think I needed to show an image and that he knew how Pomsky top coats should never be cut this short.
