Pawleashed pet spa

We had such a great experience at this pet spa in Eagle Rock! Mel, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we walked in. She got us all set up in the self-wash grooming section, which was in a private room—sparkling clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully designed for both pets and their humans. The bathing area had a slip mat, a secure door, and strong water pressure, which made the whole process so much smoother. I really appreciated that shampoo, towels, and brushes were all included as part of the package—no need to bring anything extra! Mel also kindly helped me figure out how to secure the leash properly, and the bath itself was spacious with convenient steps that made it easy for my large dog to get in and out. He was comfortable the whole time, and I actually enjoyed the process too, which says a lot. Overall, the service was well worth the price. We'll definitely be coming back—such a gem of a spot for dog parents in the area! Photo of my happy dog below for reference.

Nice place, lovely staff, reasonable prices, and NO CAGES, which is very important to me. Best of all, my nervous dog was obviously treated gently and with kindness. I could tell because when I'd pick him up from other groomers we've been to, he couldn't wait to get out the door with his tail between his legs. Here, he was surprisingly relaxed when I picked him up, and not at all in a hurry to leave. Extra bonus - he looked great! My dog had a full grooming this time, but I'll be bringing him back regularly to bathe him in between shaves because it always kills my back bending over the tub at home. This place is EXACTLY what we needed here.

Both of my dogs look great! The front staff and the groomer were both very friendly and took care of my dogs. I walked in without an appointment, but it may change later on since the store is still new. Thanks again!
