Haircuts are eh and the workers always have an attitude and look extremely grumpy and unwelcoming. I’ve taken my dog here several times and apparently my 15lb 3 yearold pup is “aggressive” and “hard to work with”…I’m thinking my dog is just good at reading people and didn’t like them lol he went to petco groomers previously and they never had any complaints and all loved him. I’ve been taking him to “heads and tails” on hogan now and he loves it and they have nothing but good things to say about him! Prices are more affordable too and they won’t shave your dogs entire body just because they found a couple small mats, they actually take their time to brush them out unlike shaggy tails. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend so check out heads and tails instead!

I’ve been bringing my dogs to shaggy tails for a while now and I love how great of a job they do. They also offer walk in nail trim/grinding which is so nice. One of my dogs is particularly difficult with nail trimming and Kira (not sure on spelling) somehow gets her to feel so comfortable and safe while she does her nails. 100% recommend this place for dog grooming needs and especially recommend Kira as she’s a natural dog whisperer!

Shaggy tails is the best groomers that exists. Our dog River is very sensitive and Elizabeth treats him so special. He looks so handsome when we pick him up each time.
