Después de muchos mensajes y llamadas me agendaron una cita para baño a domicilio pero nunca llegaron. Nisiquiera me hablaron para avisarme, tuve que hablar yo y solo me dijeron que no podrían ir porque el muchacho había quedado mal. Podían ir como 5 horas después de lo que habíamos quedado. Si no tienen el servicio que no lo ofrezcan.

Perscribed the wrong meds for my dog and if i wouldnt have taken him to a real vet he woulda passed away. They perscribed antibacterial meds for a virus which they didnt even say what it was. All they said was he had a virus not parvo amd they made it seem very minor. Wouldnt and wont use or reccomend them to anyone for any reason Most of their reviews are probably from employees too with how they handled my baby puppy.

We took our two shanauzers to get their traditional haircut for their breed. When we picked them up we were spooked, the fur was cut uneven and the dogs were shaking and crying. The famale had a wound on her ear and the male had one on each elbow. Both of them had no absolute trace of having a shnauzer cut. To top it all of the person told us that they were extremely spoiled. Our experience was horrible, if there was an option for no stars I would pick it. They really should take their time with each dog and be precise even if they charged more.
