I am very satisfied with my experience. The service was excellent and efficient. The doctor was attentive and conducted the examinations in front of me, making sure I understood each step of the process. I felt fully informed throughout the visit. The doctor was very detailed when explaining the procedures and the diagnosis, which made me feel confident and comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience.

San Juan Animal Hospital representatives always greet me when I schedule a an appointment, making me feel welcome whenever I need to bring in my pets. There is sometimes a wait, but I don’t mind as my pets always receive the best care and attention, even if they act spicy or difficult. The technicians are kind, the doctors are knowledgeable, the hospital is always clean, and I tend to have a smooth experience during my visits. Doctor Annie was very nice and professional and kind to Zoey. She is feeling better each day. I will ask for her for future visits. The attached pictures are of Zoey right after returning home from her visit with Doctor Annie. She was eating and drinking water, something she hadn’t done in almost three days. Office staff is friendly and able to accommodate us with a same day appointment. We did not have to wait very long and the vet technician, Matt, was very nice and friendly as well. Dr. Bennett took a long time examining and discussing the issues we were having with our cats. We never felt rushed and he took us seriously.

I appreciate the personalized service and kindness that I’ve from front desk personnel, who communicate promptly with MDs when warranted and always know my pets by name. They make timely referrals, when specialist are necessary, allowing for continuity of care and timely interventions for your pet. They give practical advice that is within the scope of what your pet needs and what your family can manage. Emergencies are handled in a timely and thoughtful manner. Their heart is in it. From the senior providers to the younger generation of surgeons and general practitioners, you will receive excellent insight and service. They have been caring for all of our large breeds since the 90s. If you have a large breed specifically, this is for you.
