I randomly stumbled in the other day wanting to find some treats for my super picky cat, and I've never been helped like their sales person, Laney, did. She was so patient and kind listening to all of my cat's likes and dislikes, and helped me find a treat that my cat loves! She loves the silvervine.

Beyond great service, the worker helped me find cat food and she also had a lot of overall knowledge. They have a really cool dog washing station and overall its a great place.

Stopped by Pet Food Express in Laguna Hills and was really impressed. They’ve got an awesome selection of food, toys, and treats — especially the freezer-fresh and freeze-dried options. Tons of variety to choose from. They also carry plenty of cat supplies, which is nice if you’ve got both cats and dogs. The staff I chatted with were super friendly, and I really liked that they have a self-wash dog wash station — super convenient. On top of that, they had some good deals, which was a nice bonus. Overall, a great spot that’s clean, well-stocked, and easy to shop. Definitely worth checking out!

This place is the best! The staff are always so knowledgeable about their products and really care about their customers. I came in the other day and brought a bag of grass cat litter up to the counter to ask about it. (I usually get the silica beads, but was looking to save some $). As it turns out Laney actually uses that for her grandmother's cat! And I couldn't believe how much I loved it. It clumps really hard and doesn't have that weird smell the way the pellets do (for me at least). And it's only $12.99 for a bag. My daughter and I love everyone at this store so much we come in to say hi even if we don't need anything that trip! Thanks Laney!! Ps. They also host adoption events here too! And they're right next to Trader Joe's so you can get 2 in 1 shopping done. :)
