We were very thankful with how well the staff communicated with us during our 9 month old puppy’s surgery. They called us step by step with things that came up with his surgery, like his hernia that they fixed. We didn’t get hit with any massive extra charges like most offices these days. We feel the charges were very reasonable for the extra procedures our puppy needed during his neuter surgery. He is happy and doing well. We are very thankful

It’s a long over due review. They were the only vet in our area able to accept my old pup for an emergency surgery. She had a fox tail that traveled deep under her skin. The staff here was amazing at communicating. The doctor was very helpful in explaining the procedure and process. She called us once she was finished to update us. Fast forward 6 months later to now. My girls back to her good old self like nothing has happened.

TLDR: New ownership seems like they’re on a “money-grab” type of business model. Doctor would not approve LIFELONG medicine. Preventing us from purchasing medicine unless we paid for unnecessary exams and tests. Doesn’t actually prioritize the needs of the pet and owner. I’m moving to a different clinic. Pretty disappointed with the new ownership/organization. We’ve already established our dog medication dosage with the previous owner, have spent thousands on tests to make sure it’s right. We wanted to make sure the new doctor was familiar with our dog so we did the full run down of tests and exams Feb 2025 to establish a baseline. New doctor would not approve the LIFELONG prescription until we see her again and run tests AGAIN because I quote from the very unhelpful front desk “Its the end of the year”. It’s been less than a year since the last visit and they wanted us to come in a pay for a service that wasn’t needed. My dog is perfectly healthy with the current dose she has now, and waiting another 3 months for the annual exam would have not caused any harm. We called two days in a row if they can just approve it so we can buy more medicine. They kept saying they’ll ask the doctor and they’ll call back. They never did. Lost a customer here.

I brought my cat in for a teeth cleaning.. Dental is always stressful because you never know how the cats going to recover or what else they may need. But Max is recovering nicely. Overall, the front office was great. I don't like being sold things I don't need but options are good. The vet was informative. The price was good. I've been very happy with my recent visits under the new management.

I have been a customer for a while for our dog and cat. The change of ownership and the negative comments made of the new owners was scary BUT I decided to check it out for myself and returned to get my cat checked. My experience was a positive one and therefore we took our cat later for euthanasia and the experience was comforting once more. The staff was incredibly compassionate and the doctor offered grace and compassion at this very difficult time for us. All the staff were amazing and offering care for our cat Wilma and us. We left knowing that our Wilma would be handled with respect and love.
