I had a great experience at Locust Valley Veterinary. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and truly caring toward my pup. Dr. Meloni took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all of my questions were answered. You can tell they genuinely love animals and treat every pet like family. The clinic was clean, organized, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend Locust Valley Veterinary to anyone looking for compassionate and reliable care for their pets.

What a phenomenal experience at this amazing clinic! Between the staff and Dr. Branding, everyone was amazing. I came in for the first time with a stray cat, that had been outside on her own with no help in sight. I made her an appointment first thing in the morning, took her in, got all of her shots and bloodwork, and made a spaying appointment. From start to finish the ladies in this office couldn't have been better! I have the utmost confidence that my new little one will receive the best care possible. A HUGE THANK YOU, to the ladies in this clinic who've been so kind to both myself and little Winter. Thank You a million times over!

I absolutely love Dr. Meloni at Locust Valley Veterinary Clinic. My cat had a strange dermatologic issue on her paw pad, and Dr. Meloni quickly figured out what was going on and created an effective treatment plan. My cat, Kiwi, is now thriving—even though she can be difficult at the vet, which the assistants and technicians handle wonderfully. As a veterinary student, I felt very respected and taken seriously by Dr. Meloni, which truly makes a difference. I’m incredibly grateful for the care and professionalism shown to both me and my cat.

Kind, friendly, informative, smart, and incredibly helpful staff. Dr. Williams and all staff I've met have taken care of our pets wonderfully. We saved a kitten off the street recently and they have taken every precaution and measure to make sure he is healthy. They explain everything thoroughly every step of the way. I cannot thank Dr. Williams and the team at Locust Valley Veterinary Clinic enough for their incredible care of my 13-year-old dog, Tango. During a routine senior wellness visit, Dr. Williams caught something subtle but critical: an elevated calcium level in his blood work. While Tango seemed fine on the outside, she knew this could be a sign of something serious. Instead of brushing it off, she immediately recommended the right diagnostic steps to investigate further. Her sharp instincts and thoroughness led directly to a diagnosis of Primary Hyperparathyroidism and the discovery of a tumor. Thanks to her early detection, we were able to get him the surgery he needed before his organs suffered permanent damage. Dr. Williams didn't just treat my dog; she saved him from future kidney failure and gave us more quality years together.
