I bought a 2.5 gallon fish tank and beta from this location for my seven-year-old daughter last year. Today we went to get another beta, and we were told that we wouldn’t be sold a fish to take home unless we had at least a 5 gallon tank. The associate went on about how he hates the 2.5 gallon tanks, that they are ineffective, and effectively make the fish miserable. He did offer to sell us a snail or a shrimp. Pretty disappointing, left my daughter feeling awfully sad. Why sell a fish tank size that is subjectively unworthy of placing a fish in? We went down the road to PetSmart, and had a much better and appropriate experience. I’d recommend you do the same.

It was my first time using this set up for self bathing and grooming. The tubs have a removable base at the foot of the tubs. There are two tubs that are higher elevation and one that is lower. There is also a grooming table with adjustable height arm to keep pets safe. There is also a dryer. I would suggest bringing your own grooming tools, but there were a few on hand. The shampoo bottles were premixed to be diluted. Lots of towels. It was a popular day for dog washing!

Great customer service. Taylie was very nice and helpful. She went out of her way to help address a problem I had with a coupon I received in the mail from Petco. She was very patient and did not mind spending her time to help resolving the issue to my satisfaction. Thank you, Taylie!

It was great a wonderful place to wash your dog. Everything was there. Easy for my dog to get into the tub. Babygirl loved her bath. Had everything i needed. Great place to wash your pets.

It was great. I was asked if I needed any assistance when looking through aquatic plants, which was nice. I purchased two types of fish, and the sales associate was very knowledgeable about the fish and provided helpful information. The tanks with fish were clean and the fish appeared lively and healthy. Overall, it was a positive experience.
