Petco Grooming

Too many times I’ve been to this location and multiple groomers cut corners during services. Olivia has groomed my dog maybe 3 times and the last time I guess he gave her a hard time (he has bad anxiety)… this time I drove all the way up there for her to say that he has ear mites (no symptoms of ear mites btw.. no itching, shaking, etc)… and denied to provide service. $166 later (panicked and scheduled a vet appointment) …my dog DOES NOT have ear mites.. and the vet actually said that whoever has been grooming him HAS NOT BEEN CLEANING HIS EARS. Olivia lied to my face about my dog being contagious so she could get out of providing a service. I’m disgusted and pissed that they are taking peoples money and collecting tips knowing they aren’t doing the full job they’re required to do and then making up lies because they don’t want to groom certain dogs. If you take your dog here, make sure they’re actually getting the full service done… also, per the vet it’s not as common for dogs to get ear mites, it’s more common in cats. So also know some facts so you won’t get lied to. Olivia, if you happen to read this… if you didn’t want to cut my dog or felt like you didn’t have enough patience to groom him, you should have communicated that to me, not cut corners during the services I’m paying you for or make up some BS lies to avoid not grooming him.

Jasmine is the best there. Friendly, courteous and calms my dog before his nail trim. I recommend her over anyone there.

Pandora was great with my Shepard Finn. Will go back again when he needs grooming services again. Was a very seamless process.

Pandora did an AMAZING job on my golden retriever. I have not had time to give my girl a bath or a good brushing, and it showed. Pandora worked her magic and my furbaby looks like a beauty queen.

I have been going to this Petco for 10 years My current dog has been going there 4years This was the first time that my baby had a issue with a groomer. Pandora is my usual groomer. I was not a 100% satisfied with this groom which was by someone else but I will return there again. I think my pup just didnt care too much for the groomer or she did things he didnt like which made him growl which is a warning that he is upset. I overly tipped her for the inconvenience. This is and has been my favorite Petco that I only like to go to because of certain groomers there and the manager is also very good about taking great care of buddy. Just disappointed.
