The staff is nice. They are upfront with you on wait time and allow you to decide if you are willing to wait. The prices compared to surrounding groomers is very good and the quality of service is great. My Molly always comes out smelling amazing. Definitely recommend

BEWARE: this was the first time bringing my pup to this groomer and she came back with a spine injury! When trying to check in with the manager, Olga, she changed her story many times, and said there was 100% chance my pup did not get hurt under her care team, but then changed her answer to not being sure because she wasn’t with the person who actually worked on my dog. I asked them to review camera footage to spot when the injury happened and her story went from “we don’t have cameras” , “we do have cameras, but not where we worked on your dog”, to “we do have cameras but they don’t work”. Finally agreeing that they did have footage she said, “there’s just a 5 minute gap where they don’t have footage, but it probably didn’t happen then”. I’m 100% these people caused the injury and refuse to take accountability for it. My vet confirmed the injury was caused by trauma from jumping off a high table or slip/fall most likely in a tub. Conveniently where the “cameras don’t work”. Don’t bring your pets here!

I have been taking my dog to Furr Paradise for years now and can tell you that they are the BEST! I started taking my dog here about 5 years ago and even though we moved 6 months ago I still drive about an hour to take him here. The groomers are so sweet, actually get to know the animals and truly keep notes on your dog. I don’t even have to tell them how to cut him anymore and as my dog has gotten older, and developed skin tags, they always make notes as to where they are and to check. If you live in Orange County or don’t, I highly recommend this place! Plus they do an amazing job! My dog always comes out with the perfect cut and smells so clean! And they are not outrageously over priced like some groomers. Thank you Furr Paradise for always taking care of my dog so well!

I got a new dog last June and wanted to get him a flea bath, something I usually take him to the vet for. That day, I couldn't get him in to see a vet for this service, so I started looking into groomers (something I had never done due to not being so familiar with grooming services). Furr Paradise was able to take my dog, Fox, in that same day and their prices are SO reasonable. I have taken my dog there religiously every 4-6 weeks because the staff already knows him and they treat him so well and he always comes out looking so adorable with their cute bandanas!

Best groomers around, especially for difficult dogs! Olga and David took our formerly abused rescue who was terrified of the groomers and got him comfortable with the process! Other groomers called him difficult and even nicked him with clippers (and tried to hide it), so no wonder he was terrified. Luckily, he is now comfortable with clippers, baths, and is working on getting better at his nails and teeth. We have been coming here for almost three years now since moving to the area, and we refuse to go anywhere else. Olga and David treat our doggo like their own, with lots of love, kisses, attention, and talking to him. He cannot wait to see them and gets extremely excited whenever we drop him off. Great service, great prices, and fantastic people. Would recommend.
