Petco

Employee who helped me with my returns on Autoship items was great. Only complaint is regarding Petco policy on items returned after the window. I was issued a store credit which is fine but I pretty much exclusively shop via Autoship and the credit does not allow online use.

With so many different dog food brands, it can get overwhelming when trying to decide what is best for your dog. That being said, KC was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me make the right choice. He didnt push the most expensive kibble, he showed me how to compare the ingredients and calories. So, thanks KC.

Brought my cat in and he was adored. Rightfully so he is my Mr. Princess after all. Came for wet and dry food and was almost overwhelmed with the amount of choices there were. So many options I’ve never seen before. And the staff was friendly and chatty (in a good way). Currently waiting for the store to open now to go back in to get some catnip for Mr. Princess aka Gizmo(nster) aka Gizmo

I went to Petco to get a large bag of kitty litter. My 65lb shepsky was with me because he LOVES Petco (can't imagine why!). I asked a gentleman stocking the shelves to assist me in finding a cart and putting the litter into it. (I am recovering from cancer treatment). He walked with me to the bags, took it to the front of the store, helped me check out and carried the litter to my car. White glove service, much appreciated. This was at the Santa Barbara store, 2/21/26. Unfortunately I did not get his name but he was my hero yesterday!!! Please give that man kudos!!!!!

If you check out the fish section, you'll notice that each tank has one or two dead fish. The tanks could use a bit more maintenance; they look pretty dirty.
