I would say the worst part is just the waiting. They should probably try to get there 30 mins before to start setting up and getting peoples information that way once the time hits 1 they can start taking the animals to get their shots. I do understand it's an affordable option for shots and that will come with a wait time, but I believe they could've made the wait a little shorter if on their end they showed up earlier as well. other than that it was a great experience and I will be returning to get the next two doses of vaccine for my cat.

This was my first experience at a PetVet Clinic. I highly recommend! The staff were all very caring, efficient and communicated well with me and my dog.

It was fine, it would be nice if they had a system so that you could take a number instead of having to wait in the incredibly long line. It would help generate more retail exposure for the store location if you could shop instead of having to wait in line for so long. And if you miss your number being called that's on you... next. Also, I think a $5 waste disposal fee for syringes is a high price to pay for getting rid of syringes. I know that it only costs .20 to .50 per pound to dispose of a single syringes, I don't think you should be making a profit off of syringe disposal. IMO
