Update: I received the most beautiful sympathy card regarding the passing of my dog Dulce from everybody at the clinic. I am so touched. Original: Today I experience kindness and compassion from the staff (Frankie, Linda, and Ella), and professional, clear communication from the veterinarian Julie Newman. All across town veterinarians have been stressed and the staff have been stressed because I think we all are right now and so on a Monday morning when people really work to give us a compassionate decent experience, I am pleased. I had a coupon from their website for the free first exam and that helped a lot. The veterinarian left me with assurance that she will email me estimates for what is looking ahead, and I felt like I'll be supported no matter what choices I make.

After 5 years of having both my dogs seen here, I’m tired of their price gouging and horrid customer service. I needed my dogs glands expressed, they charge 70+ which is double the price anywhere else. They didn’t do a proper job, he was still leaking. I brought my dog back in a week later and they were going to charge me full price again. They said if they’re empty they won’t charge me but if they’re full they will. Make it make sense. Won’t be returning or recommending them to anyone.

I have only visited this office once but I was very happy with the service. My dog had a wound that needed addressing and fairly quickly. I called her normal vet's office twice and the second time they told me they could not see her and to try somewhere else. I was able to schedule a same day appointment here, even though she was not an established patient. The vet saw her and addressed the issue. They even gave her a rabies shot when I asked, since she was due. I was already happy with the service but was even more impressed when someone from the office texted me to check in on her a couple days later. I will continue to take my dog here.

More veterinarians need to be like this. Dr. Jones is a WONDERFUL human being. While visiting the Santa Fe area, our puppy was experiencing some digestive issues. Upon seeing Dr. Jones, she took the time to order any appropriate tests and make the necessary suggestions of what needed to be done to help the pup. She is kind, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. Days later I even called concerned with his condition, and she took the the time to call me in between patients to talk of alternatives we can do. Wonderful vet! Vet techs were great too.

Dr Armendariz has been our family vet since he first joined Arighetti in the mid 90s. Over the years I’ve had emergencies or other unexpected events that brought us to Arighetti when he was not available and honestly feel so comfortable and confident in their care. Last week, my dog had a very scary medical event and Dr Neumann was the veterinarian who took care of my Dottie. Everyone from the front desk, the techs, the vets, we are so incredibly grateful to you all not just for the high level of care we experience but also how you treat Dottie. She loves coming to the vet even if she feels like poop because you are all so genuinely invested in the health of our loved ones. Thank you. Dottie sends her love but does hope it’s at least a month before we are back :) You guys are the best!
