(from Google)They did an excellent job grooming my little dog. He looks wonderful. The best haircut he's ever had! I could tell that they were very kind to him during his groom. He's very difficult to work with. I highly recommend taking your dog here! Very kind people that do an amazing job!
My dog was groomed there in Dec 2025, worst experience ever! They cut his tail on the end and after 2 months of an absolute nightmare, he is scheduled to have his tail amputated this Friday! Let alone the cost of this nightmare! My one and only experience with this place and was told that I would need to pay for the faucet in the Spa because he broke it??????? I couldn’t even believe that I was being asked to pay for the faucet! After I said no, the owner said she would split it with me! That would still be a NO! Very unprofessional! Would not recommend!
They did a good job removing the matted fur behind my cats ears and a lions shave. It's my first time taking her to grooming tails. They are amazing people and friendly. I recommend this place if you need your cat shaved or matted fur removed. Thanks grooming tails.
They told me the price would be $90 then after they completed the service they tried charging me $130. I paid $120 for the service and they didn’t even fully groom him. They were suppose to cut his paws and private areas. They only went down to half of his legs and his face is also uneven. This was the first and last time we will be going here. That was too much for the quality of service we received. If I knew it was going to be that much I would have done this at home.
I have been bringing my dog here for a year now, cuts have been getting worse and worse the past few time I took him and this last one is the last. Absolutely ruined him. Believe Paula was the groomer. Response to Owner: I asked when I came in to pick him up how he did, and I was informed he did great. The reason he takes meds is for anxiety while there and I have been trying to get the dosing right to help both him and you. I have received positive feedback at pickup that he was doing well so therefore assumed it was working. So now all of a sudden that I complain he was difficult. If you are not able to work on an animal, you should inform the owner of such. I would have way more respect for you had you just said that you were not able to provide adequate service to my dog than to butcher him and call it a job well done. Also when I showed Paula the picture of his leg her response was: “that’s just a #7 guard for ya”. Yeah I don’t think so. Granted I’m not good at grooming dogs either, but I also don’t say I am and charge $55+ a head to do so. I have been bringing him there for over a year and he has never looked this bad. Also, he is 8, which is not very old for a Yorke. Not quite the geriatric unit you're making him out to be. The worst part is I paid a $10 tip for this nightmare because you have people pay before they ever see their dog!
