First visit with my dog who has multiple health issues. Dr Artman and staff spent 2 hours going over her health issues, gave her laser therapy, addressed every problem, explained everything & were so kind. My dog loved the staff and I was pleasantly surprised by the cost of visit, meds, laser treatment. Very clean & spacious building. So glad this clinic was recommended for my pet. Thanks everyone.

This establishment is extremely disappointing. My mom accepted an Uber Eats delivery for them that was over 35 minutes away and drove all the way out to Plant City to deliver the order. The food was delivered on time, nothing was wrong with it, yet the tip was removed afterward for no clear reason. People don’t realize that Uber Eats drivers depend on tips to make these deliveries worth it. Gas isn’t cheap, and before accepting every order, drivers have to calculate whether the trip will even cover their expenses. So why place a delivery order and offer a tip just to take it back afterward? A lot of customers abuse food delivery apps by making false complaints or removing tips unfairly just to save money, but those actions directly affect drivers and their ability to earn a living. Claims against drivers can hurt their  ratings, lower their status, and prevent them from receiving higher-paying orders in the future. For many people, Uber Eats is a full-time job — just like caring for animals is yours. If people stopped bringing in their pets, your business would suffer too. Drivers deserve the same level of respect and consideration for their time, effort, and expenses. Because of experiences like this, my mom now avoids accepting deliveries to animal hospitals altogether. Please do better and treat delivery drivers fairly.

Turkey creek and every single one of their staff members were more than loving and comforting and reassuring during my experience of coming in 3 hrs before closing with my pregnant yorkie poodle having labor difficulties. I was in so much fear and they jumped into action immediately. They were in and out of surgery and delivered the puppies that were alive safely and momma dog is recovering so quickly . I’m beyond blessed to have found this hospital just in time . The cost you can’t complain about at all and when I tell you I give each and every one of them that operated on my Bella a 10/10 stars and recommendation to care for your pet and perform surgeries I truly mean it from the bottom of my heart. My family is blessed and we are so honored to have had dr. Joan dehaven on our dogs side . Thank you to you all I can’t say it enough. May you all be blessed

Dr Nash was very nice and extremely thorough with our kitty. Explained procedures and prices beforehand and she was very knowledgeable. The building was very nice and clean. The waiting is a bit long but they have emergencies come in also.

They took such good care of my baby girl! Easy drop off, communication was great and the woman at the front was so amazing.. then she deducted money off of my bill because they gave me a donated onesie so my dog would be comfortable!
