New dog mom. My Baby Bentley is a very active 4 month old puppy and he had bacteria in his ears. I’m sure driving him crazy. After trying home remedies I gave in and decided to try Urgent Vet. Heather was phenomenal. I felt as if I left Bentley with my friend. She attended to Bentley and calmed my nerves and answered every question I had. The Veterinarian was very sweet and kind. Them as a team soften my heart and made me very happy I made that choice. Everything that was done helped my baby Bentley tremendously. Thank you both!

We all know meeting under these circumstances no matter the emergency it’s difficult. We just want to take the time to thank Kat our vet tech that was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet and genuinely kind and empathetic. People like her are rare and we are very happy that we were able to be around her energy through one of our toughest days. Dr. Dani was so very kind and empathetic she took her time and explaining the situation we were faced with and made sure we didn’t leave without having any questions. Although unexpected, our sweet boy Mister lived a great life and his final days he was embraced with love, even from strangers. Thank you all so much.

We unfortunately had to put our precious baby Bandit down yesterday the whole experience was only made bearable by the kindness and compassion shown to us by each and everyone of the staff at the Brandon location. We were informed of each step and they were so gentle with him. We were able to hold him to the very end and were very grateful that we were able to spend as much time with him before and after. Thank you for making the most difficult decision we ever had to make a little less difficult. We will never forget the compassion you showed us we will love and miss him forever!

I would recommend this facility time and time again. Unexpected vet visits, more so emergencies are always hard. They took no time to get my kitten Lemon in, the staff is excellent and care so much for the furry babies you bring in. My kitten is pretty spicy for her young age and to see how tenderly they took her- even if we could hear her protesting in the next room- really helped calm my nerves. Even working in animal welfare for several years, this is a clinic I will say go’s above and beyond for your fur-children.

This is my second visit there and both times they have been absolutely amazing. I have the sweetest cat in the world and they treat her like a queen. They are also good to the parents of the two-legged children. Very attentive to any questions you have or any concerns you have. They don't run unnecessary tests or give you anything as far as medications that are unnecessary either. I highly recommend them. Also overall I'm going to say they are less expensive than if you take them to your regular veterinarian.
