Found this gem randomly over Google maps, went here for a nice day out with the dogs. The trails do seem super dog friendly. Just make sure you clean up after yourself. There are stations for dogs bags throughout the trail. We only got about a half a mile in of the 3 mile trail, but it was a gorgeous walk and will definitely be back to visit

The Noland Trail is simply wonderful. Having this large area nearly at the center of the city is great for residents and visitors. It is well maintained, even has drainage at select locations, and was mostly clear of leaves despite the time of year. Mileage markers are every half mile, multiple overlooks, and you can see the lake at many other points as well. Not a strenuous walk it is suitable for kids as well. The $1 admission Mariner's Museum at this location is obviously well worth the price of admission. This place is a gem.

HACHI-BIT GIVES IT 4 OUT OF 4 REALLY TIRED PAWS!! Great hike! Gravel/dirt natural trail (roots, holes, etc). Not flat so be careful. I don't know if I missed it, but I didn't see any options for shorter routes. Unless you turn around mid-hike you are in it until the end. So make sure you come hydrated and committed.

Love this trail!! It’s beautiful. You’ll find that everyone is friendly and welcoming. There are some hills and roots, so make sure to watch your footing and have fun!
