My family and I are first time dog owners, and I couldn’t ask for a better experience with the service that was given to my Goldendoodle Luna ! I am so impressed with the work Andrea provided. My Luna girl looks amazing! On top of the advice and tips given to help maintain and stay on top of our pups coat. Thank you and we look forward to a long relationship of service.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. I brought my dog in for a simple nail trim, and she left BLEEDING. They didn’t even try to build trust with her. A staff member held her down, which clearly terrified her and led to her biting one of the employees out of fear. They could’ve refused instead of continuing. Accidents can happen, but what upset me most was the complete lack of accountability. There was no real apology for cutting her nail too short and causing her to bleed only a casual offer to “clean her up.” That response felt dismissive and unprofessional. After this happened I went to an experienced person with pets and they told me they should’ve refused the second she was resisting. My pet even lost her breath and couldn’t bark anymore. Why wouldn’t they stop. My dog was stressed, injured, and scared when we left. Pet owners trust businesses to treat their animals with care, patience, and compassion. Unfortunately , that was not our experience here.

I’d like to start by saying how amazing the staff is here. We’ve always felt truly heard when it comes to our dog’s grooming needs. In the past, we’ve had a few experiences at other shops in town where we felt more like a bother than a valued customer — but that has never been the case at Fairy Tails Pet Spa! Maddie does a wonderful job with our Honey, and we couldn’t be happier with the care she provides. We gladly recommend them to our friends and neighbors every chance we get.

Andrea is the professional that cuts Murphy’s hair, and she has consistently done a thorough, adorable job with him! She really pays attention to detail and requests provided. I love that the other dogs that are present when I walk him in to the salon are quiet and calm, it speaks to the comfort the specialists here provide their pets. Their prices are reasonable for the care provided, and all of the groomers are very welcoming and kind. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good pet grooming salon!

Can't say good enough things about this place! Nessa absolutely crushed it. First time getting our dog groomed. She gave us brushing tips and recommendations. Already have our next appointment booked. She was very realistic with what she did and I was very grateful for everything she did do. All the staff were super kind and the whole place was very cute and inviting Echo had lots of fun for sure and looks like a new dog.
