Horrible hair cut my puppy only needed a trim not matted at all and the groomer gave him back with patches everywhere and with an uneven hair cut. I'm very upset and he's only two pounds tiny puppy I don't mind paying for a grooming but 120 and get my dog back with patches and looking like a child gave him a haircut is very upsetting.

I recently move to Corona and I was looking for a pet groomer and this company show up when I looked for one. I check the reviews and I decided to booked them, not only they were 1 hour late to the appointment but they charge me $127 3 days in advance. When my husband left Casper so he can get groomed he said he didnt had a good feeling but he still hand Casper to the groomer. After 3 hours Casper been in the can I get a call that they will still gonna take another 30 more minutes with him because he had knots on his neck but they will aso gonna charge me a other$52 dollars. So when they were finally done with Casper they brought him to my door and I noticed Casper had a cut in one of his hand he also told me he cut him because he moved too much but he also cut his paw because of the nails but he also little cut his hair to the point we can see his skin. Casper looks like he’s in pain all night he was uncomfortable, I will never again will booked this company is ridiculous expensive but they did a bad job on him.

Fritzy’s did a wonderful job on my Persian cat. My cat was completely matted after missing for 2 weeks. They shaved him down without cutting his skin which is amazing. They were quick and extremely friendly. Love them and will continue to take my cats to them. You will not be disappointed with Fritzy’s. The total experience was great,
