I'm so glad I found Jennifer. I was visiting from California and needed a pet sitter to take care of my dog at the hotel for a couple of hours. I had never trust anyone with my dog and I'm so happy I found Jennifer. She reassured me from the very beginning and helped me feel better. She was even able to pet Zina. Nobody can even pet her after many years. I don't know how she did it exactly but I did see it with my own eyes.

Jennifer is AMAZING! We were in NYC for a week of vacation with our two huskies and managed to snag some last minute Broadway tickets and a nice dinner reservation. We wanted to enjoy the evening without worrying about our pups in the hotel. Jennifer was able to stay with our babies, snuggle them, feed them dinner, and take them out on a walk! When she arrived for the meet and greet, our dogs instantly fell in love with her. Jennifer sent photos several times throughout the evening and gave us so much peace of mind. We will absolutely be working with Jennifer and her team the next time we’re in NYC!

Jennifer has looked after my cat several times for a few days while I’m away and I’ve always felt very comfortable having her take care of him and was able to fully relax on my trips knowing he was in great hands. She always sends me pictures and updates and perfectly follows instructions. I’ve always come back to a happy and healthy cat and would recommend her services to anyone!

Jennifer & NYC Petcare really came through for us when we needed a last minute specialist pet sitter for our dog, who needed medication and supervision. Everything was very well managed during our week long trip. The pet sitter, Yvette, was top notch. She took excellent care of our dog, who clearly liked her the moment he met her. We received daily, detailed updates, and she was very easy to communicate with. 100% would recommend to anyone who needs a high quality pet sitter.

Jennifer is a dependable and caring source of cat care! She’s trustworthy, communicative, and most importantly my Mishi loves her! Special attention is paid to food habits, bathroom patterns and accidents, play time, and nail clipping - especially challenging for me. Couldn’t recommend more!
