Great little restaurant! Had the nicest staff and the food was great. Good vibes in the outside area. Could've done with some background music maybe, but could've been a little early for it when we were there.

I always have a good time at Gaspar's Grotto. It’s one of those spots I’ve been back to multiple times over the decades, and it never disappoints. The outdoor space is definitely my favorite part. It’s open, lively, and just a really fun place to hang out. When they have live music, it takes the whole experience to another level. The energy, the crowd, the setting...it all just comes together in a way that makes you want to stay and enjoy it. I always enjoyed the food here, too. Everything I’ve tried has been good, and their Sunday brunch is a standout for me. It’s something I genuinely look forward to, great food, drinks, and a fun atmosphere that makes it feel like more than just a meal. Overall, it’s just a really solid spot if you’re looking for somewhere with good food and a great vibe. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to.

If you're in YBOR City, then go here. I had a Cuban Sandwich with plantain chips and the house made Sangria. The sandwich was really tasty and perhaps the best interpretation of a Cuban Sandwich that I have had. The sangria was ok, but lacked depth and body. The reason for the 4* is that the bartender/waitress was on her phone more than she was attending customers. There were only about 4 or 5 people at the bar, but her phone distracted behavior made us wait for service.

This place has a great atmosphere. One side of the restaurant is more family friendly with live music and good food to enjoy. The other side I would say is more for adults. Good music, hookahs and delicious drinks. Always encounter great people and lots of fun!

It's been a while since we've been to G.G. ... was nice to be back and notice some nice changes since a few year's ago. The outdoor patio is inviting and the umbrellas provide welcome shade. The menu is considerable and features something for any taste and appetite. The Cuban Sandwich is excellent! Will be back to try some other items like Quesadillas, etc.
