ABC Veterinary Clinic of Lewisville

The staff is very friendly and informative! My dog Lucy needed an expensive surgery that was quoted for $10k elsewhere but here it was left than half of that! Not to mention how professional and sweet the staff were, I’m not going anywhere else, they’re the best!

ABC Veterinary Clinic has been my cat Fresno’s vet since I adopted him in March. When I adopted him, I took him to ABC for a wellness check up, and they were gentle with him & reasonably priced. They asked me for permission before doing a test that cost extra. Recently, I was out of town for Thanksgiving and couldn’t bring Fresno with me, so I utilized their boarding service. Fresno appears to have been well taken care of and even adored, so I felt maybe a little less bad about having to leave him for several days. I would add that I wish there was a system for sharing photos / updates on animals being boarded—I would even pay extra for that service! I was able to call and check up on him, but photos would have been an added plus. I also was a little bit confused as the check in form stated I would need to pick him up by 10am on the day I was scheduled to in order to avoid an additional fee, but I was told this wasn’t necessary as long as I picked him up by end of day (and I do not believe I was charged extra.) Overall, my experience thus far with ABC has been great. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been very professional, polite, and kind, and it’s clear that they care deeply for animals. We love coming to ABC Vet. The team is always so friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. We bring our four pups, and we’ve also brought family members’s pups because they do such an amazing job. Dr. Bathina is always super considerate of his patients and their owners when drawing up treatment plans, while looking out for the well being of his patients. You can tell he enjoys what he does, and what better vet to care for your pups than one who shows it. We are super grateful for ABC Vet Clinic of Lewisville.

I can’t speak highly enough about ABC Vet Clinic. I called this morning for a problem concerning my Great Pyrenees and they had availability to see him within the hour. Receptionist was incredibly kind over the phone and the same when I walked in and the team that treated my dog was beyond phenomenal. They gave me options, explained the examinations and results thoroughly and didn’t force anything on us. Quite literally the best vet appointment/team I’ve ever experienced.

I bring my puppy to this office. They have given her vaccinations, heart-worm prevention, and had a spay procedure done. They were also able to fit my pup in for a last minute visit on a Saturday after she had an allergic reaction to OTC flea and tick topical preventative. At each visit I was informed of costs before the actual treatment had taken place, and was then asked if it was okay to proceed with the treatment plan. I’ve not had a bad experience at this Vet office. I’ve been treated with a level of professionalism and my pup was treated like a family pet. I will return and recommend this office to any pet owners I know. My puppy is happy and healthy thanks to ABC. Thanks y’all! Keep up the stellar work!
