Connie at Best Friends in Carmel has been grooming my pups for a long time. She is simply fabulous caring for the dogs and does a wonderful job grooming. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a grooming for their pets...there's nobody better.

I cannot say enough great things about Best Friends Pet Hotel in Carmel. As a Samoyed mom, finding the right place matters - and after living in Los Angeles, CA and Palm Beach, FL, I’ve experienced many boarding and daycare facilities. When I moved to Indiana, I was really hoping to find a place that would truly understand and care for my fluffy girl… and I found it here! My baby, Kita, absolutely loves it. She gets so excited when I drop her off, and honestly, she never wants to leave - which tells me everything I need to know about how loved and well cared for she is. The staff clearly adore's her and treat's her like family. I also appreciate the extra touches, like brushing her after a day of daycare - especially important for a Samoyed!!
