We’ve been bringing our dogs for a couple years now. They always have a good experience and we’ve never had issues.

Jamie was great! Our poor dog has a double coat and so many mats unfortunately from being a farm dog and the hot/moist weather we’ve had this summer. She did an excellent job cleaning him up- he is so much happier! Will definitely return again! Also price was very reasonable for all they had to do!

Absolutely love shampoo, Biltmore. Jaime , the store manager was so attentive to my dog Benny and understood very clearly the type of cut I was looking for Benny loved his cut and most importantly I felt very comfortable leaving when Benny became attached to Jaime so thank you Jaime and I will be returning five stars! .

Jamie is the best!! We love her and this salon so much, Dezi and I won't go anywhere else. She always does a perfect job and Dezi loves seeing her!

Jamie and Shampoodles are the best. She's taken care of our fussy dog with care for 3 years now and we followed Jamie to the Biltmore location. A perfect cut every time. Strong recommend!
