My baby is 19 years old and has arthritis and I drive all the way across town to take her to Paw Spa. We are always greeted with a big smile and my baby, Journey always gets her snuggles from her favorite groomer!!! And Journey never leaves her spa date without feeling rejuvenated and looking beautiful with the cutest little neckerchief. Totally recommend, especially for animals that need that extra attention and love. Oh, and my bestie even takes her elderly cat there.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have a miniature schnauzer that I specifically asked to have the schnauzer cut. Meaning she keeps her skirt, brows, and beard. Was told she had huckleberries in her beard therefore they chopped it off. Fact is the groomer was too lazy to brush them out but the problem is she had no huckleberries in her beard when I dropped her off. Not only was her beard gone but the cut is uneven everywhere. Her lashes were cut or should I say she has part of her lashes on one eye and non on the other. She doesn’t even have a full skirt. Basically whoever cut her had zero idea what they were doing and obviously was out of their element. I usually do not use this place but my mother wanted to give y’all a chance. Never again. Oh, and she came back with a different seresto flee/tick collar. This one is the size we buy our Labrador and not hers. I will never use this place again and will definitely not recommend them. My mother picked her up and still paid $40 for a horrible job. I’d much rather have received a phone call stating y’all did not know how to cut her rather than you do a terrible job.

First time Milo had been to groomer. They took excellent care of him! Will be taking him back😊
