We got a new pup and decided to go back to Patty for grooming. We tried other groomers and were just not happy with them. I remembered about Patty and decided to stop by and see if she was still the owner of cute pets and thankfully she is still there. She literally is the best around. She is never full of dogs like other grooming places and she never puts my dog in a kennel just because “he is just too playful”. Anyways I highly recommend her business. Our pup is always happy when I drop him off and when I pick him up. She does a great job with everything we ask for. She is very welcoming/affordable and will fit you into her schedule always. I will continue to take all my dogs to her.

This place had great reviews so I took my little schnauzer-terrier mix there for a grooming. When we got home we noticed that the haircut was choppy and uneven. I was most interested in his mustache and beard being styled nicely and they were not. The whole experience seemed very rushed and I don't think they spent the time necessary to give my dog a first-rate haircut. I rarely give negative reviews, but after paying $80 for this second-rate haircut, I will not be coming back.

I've been taking my Chow Songshi Quan to Patti for 7 years. Because he had been abused before I adopted him, I was concerned about him getting stressed, but she's wonderful with him and the environment is very calming. I recently started taking my Yorkie there too. Patti does a great job with him as well. She's a good groomer, I encourage you to try her services.

I went here for the good reviews. Sadly, my experience here was not great, and I hate leaving negative reviews, but for those who have pups with a double coat, I can’t recommend this place. I am giving 2 stars because the lady who handled my dog seemed gentle and nice. When I dropped off my dog, I warned that he had a double coat and thus can’t be trimmed too short. The person didn’t call us when he was done, so we just showed up two hours later and he was in a small kennel (not the bigger one at the front). I was shocked when I saw that he was completely buzzed. See the before and after photos. Groomers should know that you can’t buzz a double-coat, but I made sure to warn her just in case. It will take several months to undo the damage and hopefully it does not lead to long-term damage to his coat. She asked how I liked the trim and I said it was fine, because I didn’t know what to say. But I’m writing this review now to let this business know that buzzing dogs with a double coat is not okay. Thank you for being nice to my dog at least.
