I most recently visited Petco and ended up purchasing a ball python! Lex helped us the entire time!! Super knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help us. I love reptiles but ekkk out when it's feeding time (as to why I never owned one, just handled others). She gave other options a d even offered to show me how to feed from the store. Her service and overall personality was refreshing❣️ Thanks so much, Lex!!

Love my local Petco team. They have proven themselves time and again to be knowledgeable about whatever pet situation I’m dealing with from saltwater ecosystems to stray kitten essentials.

My experience was just "ok". The store is cramped with limited selection. Customer service was so so.... I had a quick and simple return this time and it took 45 minutes and then the refund was not applied to the original form of payment which was cash they applied it to a card that was linked to my account and I have to wait 5 to 7 days for the refund actually apply. That was disappointing then I wasn't even even a receipt and it took a while for the pending refund to actually show up on my bank account. Nothing special here and I find the prices are a little high.

Thankyou for recommending Clip and Tails in Gaffney Sc. To do grooming on our long hair cat.i have been looking for years. My cat Sadie is so happy with her haircut. I highly recommend Jermaine he is the best. Valerie and lil max love their grooming haircut

Everyone there was very helpful with information and needs of a bearded dragon, when I decided to get one. My lil Mushu is a very happy Dragon. Thanks to the petco team!!
