(from Google)A beautiful short hike with a really pleasant view of the waterfall. My son and I hiked up with several others and really enjoyed the time spent out there, including climbing the waterfall, and coming back down, which was not as easy as a thought as going up. Definitely worth the short hike as it’s only .4 of a mile.
Loved the pristine natural beauty of this hike! Lush & green! Was easy walking the trail but required a rope rock climb down & back up from the waterfall. That was not easy. A lot of wildlife around as well, deep into the forest.
This trail has a slight incline most of the way to the waterfall, but it is shady, so it was our favorite hike in this area. We used the "Seek by iNaturalist" app to identify plants and insects along the way, which made our time even more enjoyable.
Parking is pretty limited but good trail, kid friendly, about a mile round trip and waterfall is awesome! However, waterfall is usually only there until the snow is gone. Tried going in the fall last year and everything was dried up.
Easy-ish hike. Wanted to take the kids to an easy and short hike. Easy but we also had a 4 year old and carrying a 2 year old on our back. The little ones were not able to climb down to the waterfall. Not kid friendly for the little ones once you get to your destination. There's a rope to help climb down to the waterfall. My husband and I stayed with the younger two while my teenagers were able to climb down. Overall I would do it again but maybe not with babies
