We LOVE Dr Marsh!!! My dog Greta absolutely adores her. Dr Marsh is such a great doctor. Very attentive, listens and provides honest knowledge and suggestions of care. She doesn’t try to sway you one way or another but provides the knowledge to you and lets you decide why you feel is best for your pet’s care. Great at answering every question you might have.

Dr. Tinnerman is pretty damn awesome, he really cares about your pet. He has them himself and can put himself in your position. He is very professional and will speak with you so you understand whats going on. We have a senior dog and he understands the complications that come with the territory. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Valleyview to anybody.

This place literally did nothing for my dog. He was extremely sick, but wasn't acting sick at the visit because he was sick every other day pretty much. I went to another vet for a second opinion and they were extremely concerned with his symptoms unlike valley view. After doing scans, they realized he had something inside him that might need to be surgically removed. I will never take another pet there EVER. Also, the vet was rude to his vet tech which really made me mad. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Also, I had a male vet and idk his name so this review is for him and not any other Dr's that work there. I know my dog and I knew there was something seriously wrong and I was not listened to.

We were first time patients and we will be finding other veterinary care. Only two of my concerns were met. I asked for help with his nails which was ignored. Then the rest of the time was spent lecturing me about my very friendly, large breed (7 month old) puppy needing professional training because he’s “crazy”, showing me how to make him sit by forcibly shoving down his hips, and all in all speaking to me in a condescending way in regards to how to train my dog. Yes, he does need more social training, however the vet techs complete lack of initial interest in him made him seem overly excited while he sought her attention. Keeping in mind this was his first clinical visit. I am no stranger to large breed dogs and did not need a patronizing lecture, but rather some gentle guidance and a better ear. I paid almost $200 for an establishing visit, a vaccine, ear drops, and a superior opinion. If bed side manner is a thing for vets, there was none present in the room.

Always helpful and have always been there for us weekend or late at night Rod and his entire staff are all very pleasant
