Just wanted say thank you all were so kind with our Sojo and now our Sheena with care and compassion both different circumstances but having to still put them both down. You took great care with us both times and them to the vet rubbing on asheena and talking to her to giving us all the time we needed. I also wanted to say how much we smiled when we got Sheenas ashes back because there was a print of her nose that was such a welcome happy good feeling giggle moment cus her nose was cute I don't know if they thought so to but that was just the coolest welcome thing ever really appreciate that! That means a lot you have no idea. SHEENA the big dark one and Sojo the other one miss them both so.

On January 11, 2026, we lost our Davidson. We had to make that hard decision. The staff here was so thoughtful and caring. They let us take as much time as we needed so say our goodbyes. When we picked him up they put cards and notes in with his paw and nose print. Thank you again for taking care of our baby

Visited here for our very sick and anemic cat. My husband and I had to make the very sad decision to put our cat down. Thank you to the informative and caring staff that made that transition easier for us. It was a very hard time but your empathy and kindness made it easier. We will miss our Frankie.

Our sweet dog died at home on a Sunday afternoon from congestive heart disease. We didn't know where we could take her on the weekend. They told us to bring her there. They offered us so much sympathy and support. We decided to ha e our dog cremated and had her back a week later. They gave us paw prints and a nose print. They also gave us a cast imprint of her little paw. We received a sympathy card signed by so many of their staff. The level of care and comfort expressed over our grief was overwhelming. With this level of service after our dog's passing, I can only imagine how much care and concern they will show your pet when they need it most. I highly recommend them.

I cannot even begin to tell you how thankful I am for this facility, the doctors, nurses, techs, and other staff!! At 1/2AM on Saturday morning our pup ate a medication and package off of the table while we weren’t looking. The panic set in but I had no idea what to do. The following morning I woke up, she showed no signed of discomfort, diarrhea, or any nausea or vomiting but her urine was colored from the medicine (it does this to humans too), but this verified that she had ate at least one. I started calling all of the local vets and no one knew what to do, said they had never dealt with an animal who had ate this medicine. I determined at this point that we’d have to go outside of our town, and this was far more dangerous than we knew. We called this facility and were told to immediately bring her in to be checked out. The people were amazing, they were honest and straight forward even though it was hard to hear. This medication is no joke, it was extremely dangerous and toxic. This was our first time ever dealing with an emergency with our dog. The doctor was straight forward and kind, they determined they needed to keep her to ensure she didn’t have any major changes. Poison control was working along side them and guiding them to give her the best care. They did determine it was not safe for her to go home with the circumstances. during her stay,They never missed a phone call or calling to updating me, and I was able to call and check on her even at the late late hours of the night. Never once was anyone rude to me. complete kindness! They set us up with medications for home with detailed instructions, food for the next day or so, and follow up instructions for the next two days for blood work and other analysis. I hope we never have to come back.. but I would recommend this facility to everyone with an emergency situation with your pet. they were knowledgeable and quick to act! There was no wait to be seen and even with a 24 hour stay, it was not terribly expensive. Our sweet girl is home and safe because of this facility!! **The medication was AZO, urinary pain relief**
