All Around K9 Training

We had such a great experience with All Around K9 Training and truly can’t recommend them enough! One of my favorite parts was the consistent communication, they sent detailed updates three times a week with fun pictures and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind while our dog was there. It also made us feel really connected to her progress along the way. I especially loved that they incorporated multiple training sessions during the boarding period. Being able to see our dog, learn alongside her, and then have time to process everything before the next session made a huge difference. It built so much confidence for our whole family and made the transition of bringing her home feel smooth and manageable. The team was incredibly friendly and supportive from start to finish. You can tell they genuinely love what they do and truly care about the dogs they work with. Another fun bonus was how active they are on Instagram, it was always such a treat to occasionally see extra photos or videos pop up unexpectedly! Most importantly, our dog is doing AMAZING. The results speak for themselves, and it was absolutely worth every penny. We’re so grateful for the care and training she received!!!

We have a dog named, Kolohe and she is an active, playful, and spunky pup. We felt we needed help with fine tuning behavioral issues. Typical puppy things like, nipping, jumping on everyone, not taking most of our commands. It was frustrating for us, and her as well. I met with Gary, the owner and he did a great job of explaining what they do and sharing his experience with dogs. We were connected to one of his lead trainers, Jason since our home was closer to his location. Kolohe spent 3 weeks with Jason. We met each week to also receive our training as her owners so it would be seamless when she came home. Jason had amazing communication skills the entire time and kept us abreast of her progress the whole time. He sent pictures and videos throughout the training too. We went on a vacation that was scheduled after her training and I was much more comfortable with Jason boarding her than taking her to our vet's office for boarding. He even sent me pictures while she was boarding. I trust them with our Kolohe and highly recommend All Around K9 Training!

It has been over a week since my puppy, Billie, completed the two-week Board & Train program with Clay, and she is a completely different puppy—in the best way. She walks significantly better, listens more, is much more confident, and is excited to learn new things. Of course, she can still be a little stubborn and likes to test what she can get away with. But as long as I stay persistent and keep not only Billie but myself accountable, we’re able to work through it together. I really appreciated all of the updates that were sent while Billie was away. Any concerns or questions I had were addressed right away and explained thoroughly. Overall, the support I received was top tier. Clay also made sure I left with the tools and guidance needed to continue working with Billie at home. I enjoy practicing with her every day to reinforce what she learned and to introduce new things. She already knows her routine and is excited to go for walks, which is something she used to dread. I’m excited to keep building on her training and continue this little adventure with Billie. After completing the 3-week board and train program with my dog Opal, I can confidently say that working with Gary and Clay (our main trainer) at All Around K9 was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Opal came from a tough background — a traumatic experience with my grandma’s “guard” dog left her reactive and fearful around other dogs and people. For years, she either bolted away or rumbled low growls anytime we encountered another dog. I spent nearly three years researching trainers before trusting All Around K9, and I’m so glad I did. From day one, Gary and Clay took the time to evaluate Opal carefully and show me the training steps they’d use. They updated me every evening, and by the end of week one, Opal was already calmly interacting with other dogs and bonding with Clay. Midway through training, they discovered Opal had a severe UTI that had been affecting her ability to train effectively. Instead of pausing the program, they immediately took her to the vet, got her treated, and continued her training without missing a beat. By week three, my once-fearful dog was walking through department stores and pet shops with confidence — calm, alert, and happy. We plan to return for a few more weeks of training to build on her progress. Beyond helping Opal, Clay and Gary taught us how to truly communicate with her — to understand her body language, support her focus, and reinforce that teamwork is what she wants most. We now take Opal on errands and outings regularly, following the detailed training plan they provided, and every day she feels more balanced and excited to explore the world again. At the all around k-9 training services has overall been an excellent experience for my puppy and I to get hands on training. Everyone is super kind, honest, and very diligent when it comes to scheduling for training. I felt very at ease knowing my puppy is in good hands with motivational trainers that loves to see puppies strive on achieving there stability. Definitely would recommend for any future dogs. 🐶♥️
