The day I went it was snowing. I sat on the exam room for 45 minutes, waiting for the vet, she hadn't arrived yet. I asked for the annual canine blood work in addition to the diarrhea issue we came for. I was shocked that the bill was over $400. The vet said the lab results would be back the next day. I called several days later, I had no communication about the results nor did I receive the prescriptions I requested to be sent to my email. I should have been educated on the costs of these lab tests prior to performing them.

Our dog is very reactive and anxious. He had a bandage from a different vet that was starting to cut off circulation and needed to be taken off safely. They were able to accommodate on a Sunday night. Staff was extremely kind to our kiddo, and I am super grateful for them. Our tech was Sara(h). She was amazing!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a wonderful experience here. We brought our dog in for an urgent issue, and they took us in quickly and treated us with so much kindness and care. Even though they’re an urgent care and not a full emergency hospital, we never once felt rushed or like an inconvenience — which meant everything during a stressful moment. I have to add, this all happened at around 9pm and they close at 10pm. Dr. Winger was amazing: thorough, calm, and incredibly reassuring. They took the time to explain what was going on, answered all of our questions, and made sure our dog was comfortable and well cared for. The fact that they’re only about 5 minutes away from home is such a gift, and we’re so grateful to have a place like this nearby. Truly compassionate care from start to finish. Highly recommend.

My 5yr old English Bulldog had a anal gland problem. First Time mom to this breed and thought I did something wrong. Dr. Winger educated us and was terrific with our girl. Of course this happened in the night around 8:30 pm. I'm so thankful we have this service in our community and reasonably priced. We have found our Vet 🐾💕

I grew up in the pet industry, worked in vet clinics in Vegas for years and was married to a vet so I have pretty high expectations for the care I receive. I have had a hard time since moving to Colorado finding the quality of care that I am used to which is a veterinarian who is super smart and compassionate, an excellent communicator, provides options for care without pushing agendas, and all of that in a veterinarian owned practice with great customer service. I am so grateful that I finally landed on that when I found Tower Road vet. Because I work with a rescue, we have a few pets that have been customers so far and I have been nothing less than happy with every interaction that we have had. I also like that I find it easy to schedule appointments and have had great communication when I've had to text in questions. They have recently expanded their services to include urgent care which means longer hours and weekends which is such a valuable service for their clients! I really can't say enough great things about this office. Highly recommend!!
