Great Southern Animal Hospital

We began taking our pets to Great Southern Animal Hospital more than 20 years ago when we lived in German Village. After moving to the northwest side, we continue to take our animals there because they are knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating.

Dr. Sears and his team are THE BEST VETS in Columbus! Somehow my cat is not too scared there - a first in 10 years! Excellent prices, excellent service, and he does not push things on you! There have been multiple times I was wondering if we should do more and he correctly advised me against them. Love him and his team.

*I have big dogs 80 and 90 pounds Dr. Sears treats them like babies. It’s so nice to see how well my dogs are treated and cared for. An amazing caring vet and staff. Dr.Sears and his staff are absolutely incredible when it comes to fitting us in for appointments and when it comes to helping my dogs. My whole family has been going to Dr. Sears for years every time we leave we feel comfortable knowing our animals are in great hands.

I've been here twice, both for my dog's hip issues and a newly developed back problem. Both times, they have been quick to get me scheduled in. Dr. Sears and his staff are lovely and kind people. They don't push unnecessary procedures or treatments and are very clear about what they will do for treatment and the next steps toward successful treatment, or if further evaluation is needed. I really appreciate the honesty and care that the whole team provides. Highly recommend the whole team here and look forward to working with them in the long term.

Reasonably priced, EXCELLENT staff members and an even better doctor running it. They will answer all my questions at no extra charge over the phone, get me in ASAP for appointments when needed and are more than willing to sit with me and explain everything that is going on in full detail which I love. I am so thankful that my coworker recommended me to come here, I am so thankful for all that they do. I tell everyone looking for a vet to come here, I wouldn’t take my Aussie anywhere else.
