Pet Supplies Plus was there when I needed them! My new rescue pup had an upset stomach for 8 weeks, at first we thought it was stress and then we realized it was a food intolerance (my pup took the 5Strands test). Not only was my new rescue pup intolerant to many ingredients, but she was also very picky too! Jess, the manager, went through multiple foods reading the ingredients so I could cross reference them with the test results. She was patient and was determined to help me and my pup! We finally found a food that my pup loved and had ingredients that were good for her tummy! Thank you, Jess for all your help! 🐾🐾🐞

Staff needs lesson in customer service. I've been going to this location for several years now and it has one of the highest turn over rates I've seen in a pet store. They just can't seem to keep good employees, but, judging on how much they pay their employees I suppose you get what you pay for. The place is run by clueless children that lack in customer service skills. Today I walked in and there was a cashier at the register and a young woman standing next to him and a customer. Upon entering i asked if one of their tubs was available and at first the cashier, the guy with the purple hair said there was not then he said he wasn't sure the young girl with the blond hair glasses and pony tail also seemed to be unsure. The two of them couldn't seem to make up their mind as to whether or not there was a tub available, at which point I stated, before deciding to leave, "so what you're saying is that you're not sure if there is one or not," the guy then said yeah he was sure and the girl again was not. So instead of one of them offering to go and look, they were not both needed at the register at the time, I took it upon myself to go look. Lo and behold there was a tub available, so I then walked back to inform them as such and asked to pay for a bath. The customer who had been holding up the gentlemen at the register running her mouth then proceeded to ask me about my dog to which I had no desire to reply or answer her question to which she got upset and told me off stating there was nothing wrong with her asking about my dog, thereby implying it was somehow wrong of me to not want to tell her. The customer clearly is not under the stores control but I'm the future when a customer asks a clear question the staff should make the effort to find out instead of saying "I don't know" or "I'm not sure." There is nothing more annoying then bad customer service. The answer is NEVER "I don't know," instead it's "I'm not sure, but, let me find out for you," instead of making the customer find out for themselves. Pay your staff more so you can keep good employees. They used to have such great employees but with the turn over they have they keep leaving. I'm done going to this business. I'd rather drive farther for better service and better quality products.

We take our little guy Miles here for the self serve dog bath. They have three tubs. One for little dogs and two for larger dogs. $14 includes shampoo, towels and blow dryer.

Today was a first for me taking our sweet boy to a Pet Wash. It was affordable $14, had everything we needed, towels, shampoo, conditioner one for sensitive and regular skin types and a dryer. The area was so clean and inviting. It was so much fun and my little boy loved it. The store manager. Tara is wonderful and her staff is friendly and ready to help.

Brought home this sweet girl today! ALL of the staff members were so kind and informed and made sure I went home with all of the necessary equipment. I wish everyone looking into adopting a pet could have the experience I had today. They were so supportive and personable too. Pricing was very fair and she's very happy and healthy. I will be making trips to this location from Waynesville whenever I need pet supplies!! 11/10
