I appreciated the short wait time. The store associate was knowledgable and very pleasant. I bought freshwater fish and a few plants. I purchase from here due to the fish replacement policy.

I been going here for years for my animals this places has everything for your animals and can do a lot for them too.

Petco has been the only place I shopped at for any of my dogs needs in the last few years. I have had them groomed at several Petcos in the past so I decided to get them groomed and get rid of their shedding winter coats. Most importantly I wanted their fur between their paw pads shaved, even left specific notes on each dog for such service because I used to never have to ask but the last groomer I went to, did not so I wanted to be specific. From the drop off point, it was a disaster and I should have never left my dogs. The lady, I did not get her name, but the lady who was working the desk inside the grooming section was rude and yanked on the leash of my anxiety filled dog until she could barely breathe. I had to firmly tell her to give some slack or let the leash go. I should have grabbed my dogs right then and left. Upon pick up, I asked if the paw pads were shaved and she was like oh we can take them back and do that really quick. Not a chance! They had my 2 dogs for 2.5 hours and couldn’t even groom per my notes. I can’t even tell that they did the she’d release that I paid extra for. I will not be back to Petco at Rayzor Ranch for anything for my dogs.

I had such a positive experience shopping here a few days ago. I was assisted by four different employees throughout my visit, and every single one of them was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. It never felt aggressive or sales-driven — just authentic, attentive customer service. I truly wish I had gotten their names so I could recognize them individually!

Took my 2 dogs in yesterday for a nail trim and buff. Decided to get their teeth brushed too and then noticed there's a package where they get both of those plus ear cleaning and spritz for a lower price. The groomer spent 5 mins or less on each dog. By the time I had gone to the front counter, paid, and made a couple new dog tags on the machine by the register, the groomer was finished with both dogs. Their nails were barely shorter. There's no way they did a thorough job and completed everything in the package in that time. I've always gotten good care here before and know how long it takes. I approached the manager afterwards and asked for a different groomer to complete the job. They said they would send an email to the employees and to come in the next day. I came in but it was the same groomer and ended up leaving.
