I had a wonderful experience at MedVet when my dog was lethargic and clearly not feeling well. From the moment we arrived, the team was compassionate, attentive, and incredibly thorough. They took the time to listen, explain what was going on, and made sure my dog was comfortable every step of the way. The level of care and professionalism shown by the entire team was truly exceptional and gave me so much peace of mind during a stressful time. It was clear how much they genuinely care about both pets and their families. MedVet is without question where I would take my pet for any needs in the future. I am so grateful for the outstanding care my dog received.

I am so grateful to this wonderful staff and nice clean facility for helping my kitty when their regular vet was closed. They were kind, attentive, and explained everything. The Doctor was absolutely great and special shoutout to Bonnie, who was the vet tech who was an actual angel. I hope you don’t have to come here, but if you do, I trust they will take good care of you and your animal friends.

When my 3 year old cat ate some ribbon and had to be rushed into surgery, MedVet's staff were incredibly compassionate and worked so hard to save her. After the surgery, her blood pressure fell to nearly fatal levels but they were able to stabilize her and save her a second time. They later told me she only had about a 20% chance of surviving, but she is sitting with me now in her favorite chair in a nice sunbeam and enjoying a little groom. I can't possibly express how grateful I am to these folks for saving my little girl. They were incredibly communicative and transparent, and very kind and caring as well. Senka came home with her very own Patient Achievement Award signed by the staff

As a veterinary technician who has worked alongside many of the doctors and staff at this new hospital, I already knew the level of care here was exceptional—but experiencing it firsthand during an emergency with my own pet confirmed it completely. The team showed incredible skill, compassion, and communication from start to finish. These are clinicians I trust deeply, both professionally and personally. This hospital is truly the best emergency and specialty option in the area.

I’m so grateful for the amazing care my dog received at MedVet Austin. Dr. Roxanna Khorzad quickly recognized that he had been poisoned and acted immediately to save his life. Within an hour, he was already feeling better. The entire staff was compassionate, professional, and kept me updated every step of the way. The clinic is beautiful and well-organized, and everyone truly cares about their patients. I can’t thank them enough, they saved my dog’s life!
