Mosaic Grill

The falafel salad is bigger than I thought! Definately need to be hungry to finish it. The dressing is mustard and delicious and the falafel is just crunchy enough on the outside and surprisingly lite on the inside. The garlic sauce is tasty and creamy; very garlicky. The fried pickles were lightly breaded and very nice. My husband ate all his cheese fried and noted that he could tell that it is homemade. We had to pack up leftovers (but not my salad). We enjoyed the beer wall and liked that we did not have to draw a large glass, but we could try many types of featured beers. We would appreciate cleaner glasses for the beer (beer clean is a thing) and some dusting to the black accent walls. When I go back (and I will be back) I am hoping to see improvement there. Those 2 things are the only things that made my review 3 star.

This is a wonderful restaurant with an amazing staff in the highest quality food. If you’re in the city of Belton, a passing through a highly recommend you stop and have a wonderful meal. They have a very diverse menu. It is the amazing staff and the great food that keeps this place so busy all the time.

Went on a date night with the wife to try something new & we weren't disappointed! The owner came & talked to us & gave us some meal suggestions which we ended up going with. He was a very nice guy & you can tell he truly cares about your experience & his reputation. The food choices are very good, especially if youre new to this type of cuisine. I liked they had local sodas in the fountain & a pretty cool beer wall too.

Great food and AWSOME service! The owner greeted us and took care of our order. Told us about the restaurant and made us feel at home. The food was perfect, haven’t had this level of food around here so far. The Fried Picles were amazing, never had so crispy before. The sauces are AWSOME and home made, I’ve never had a better ranch before.

Nice, clean, not too loud. Food was delicious. Hot fresh. Definitely got money's worth. We recommend this location. Pita bread was fluffy. Not too thick. Meat a little salty, but still delicious. I like the lime dressing.
