I completely enjoyed taking my puppy here! They do not rush you to pick up and she was cut exactly how I wanted. They were very thorough being it was my first time and asked me exactly how i wanted her. Thank you!!

Specifically asked for not cutting my dogs fur. Still proceeded to cut him due to "dead hair" (which is what they shed, and we asked for a deshedding shampoo. there should have been no reason for cutting his fur) My dog is a Great Pyrenees which is classified as a "winter" dog. you are not supposed to shave their fur unless necessary due to the 2 layer coat that protects them during cold months and keeps them cool during hot months. This groomer has possibly ruined my dogs coat. Do NOT recommend.

Cannot recommend!!! She quoted me a price but after my dog was groomed she took out more than she said it was without telling me, not asking me, after she debited my card! I think that's bait and switch. Better business bureau should add her to their list. Just saying!
