Pet Palace

No phone call so here I am. I'd still like to know why my dog has razor burn on his privates? He laid around for 2 days not moving only jumping at the pain. I appreciate the concern and the respect for you all to get back to me. In response to the response. I called they said they would call back. He said I have to see who groomed him and I'll get back with you. I waited? I don't want to leave bad reviews. I tried to get answers. I'm not calling multiple times. That's a front desk problem. He didn't even have me in the system and I've been there before. I just wanted answers at this point we are 30 dogs later and no one is going to remember. I wanted a answer that day. I didn't think taking 5 min out to call me and explain would of killed anyone. He is young,wiggly and I'm forgiving. I just want to know exactly what occurred. Was he scared of something specific? Is there something I can work on. But whatever.

Karen is wonderful as are the other staff I met during our visit! She was very patient with my anxious fur baby and did a great job grooming her! Very kind and pleasant!! 10/10

Was hesitant to leave our dog Leo for a few weeks. He was a rescue, and we’ve had him about 7 months now. I walked in and Leo instantly loved the gentleman in there. You can tell when you walk in that they love animals. Dogs know good people! They were very nice and quick to respond when I would email to check on him. They even kept him a day later due to a flight delay. He had his own room with Petflix which I love because Leo likes TV. He smelled so good when I picked him up. They give free baths if your pet stays for a period of time! Will go there every time now. They are so kind. I will use them every time now.

My dog Copper got a bath and his nails clipped today! They were so fast and he looks great. My baby was so happy when they brought him out to me so I know he was treated with love! Look at this happy goofy boy!

First time having my shih tzus groomed here, they did an excellent job, reasonable price and didnt keep my babies very long. everyone was super nice, Eddie is awesome! DEFINITELY recommend!
