(from Google)Took my dog there for her first grooming and they were great with and she looks so beautiful
Dropped my puppy off for her first grooming at 10:30. After checking many times she was finally done at 2. I asked them to leave the hair on her head and face long and puppy cut the rest of her. She has been shaved. And not only shaved but they shave her face. So close to her eyes they are pink and irritated. $55 when i was told because she is small that it wld be $30-40. Gratefully her hair will grow. But the trauma…. And so much for puppies first Christmas pics.
We were supposed to pick up our dogs the day after Thanksgiving from being boarded and they were supposed to get groomed that same day. On our way back from our vacation that day we called several times and left messages trying to find out when they would be ready to pick up. We never received a phone call back. We went on Saturday morning to pick them up and talked to the girl working that day about the situation. She continuously apologized and told us that the owner decided to close that day last minute and to have someone there from 5 to 6 for people to pick up their pets. No one called us to let us know of this change. I told her to let the owner know that that was a very bad business decision on her part. She said she would let her know and to have her contact us. She never did. We have taken our pets here for years. After the new owners have taken over it has definitely went downhill. We are seriously thinking of going somewhere else. What a shame.
I dropped my dog off at 11 AM and he was not ready to pick up until 2:30 PM. I thought that was a long time and when I brought it up to them, they said to let them know if I want him done faster next time. The staff was friendly and the price was reasonable. They did a great job.
I brought my two Pomeranians here for grooming and asked for a sanitary cut. Instead of a good trim, they shaved their entire butt. Any good groomer knows that you don’t shave any part of a double-coated dog. I hadn’t realized it until I got them home, so the next time I went back I mentioned it and the owner said they didn’t do that and perhaps it’s alopecia. These dogs are littermates and I’ve seen extensive pedigrees—alopecia isn’t in their history/bloodline. In fact, the breeder won’t breed dogs that have any conditions like that. And it happened to both dogs and only on their butts? And it happened at the exact same time? The least they could have done was own up to it and apologize. The place is also filthy with dogs running around everywhere. Never again. I would never recommend. These photos are of one of my Poms. They show how their butts should look vs. how they looked after they shaved them. The one photo is literally 6 months later. He had been completely bald. My other dog looks even worse but I don’t have any photos to share.
