Monique is such a special human and really has that magic way with dogs. Her beautiful energy, care, passion for what she does shines through in every part of Paws and Souls. I am so grateful to her and the loving care she gives my senior pup!!!!

She is incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about animals. Monique took the time to get to know my dog’s personality, preferences, and routine, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. My dog had plenty of playtime, socialization, and even some one-on-one cuddle sessions. I especially appreciated the daily updates with photos and videos. When I picked my pup up, she was happy, healthy, and clearly well cared for. It felt more like he was on vacation than being boarded. Words can't express my gratitude for the care and professionalism with which they looked after my dog, Nala. From the very first moment, I felt at ease knowing she was in responsible and loving hands. They kept me updated with photos and messages, and it was clear she was happy, comfortable, and well cared for.
