I called for a last minute boarding, two days before Christmas, and they had room! No up charge for the holiday that I'm aware of. Paid on pickup. My dog came out happy and they gave a quick report on how she was. The staff was friendly and answered all of my questions. Very satisfied with this place!

Don’t take your beloved pets to Cypress Falls Pet Resort. I have trusted them for many years w my dog however they have gotten sloppy recently and have poor management and ownership. I left my dog at CFPR 5-29-2025 to 6-13-2025. She is about 15 years old. I left specific instructions on her feeding and medicines to be given w front desk person. When I picked her up she looked very skinny. When the front office staff brought her out to me I was shocked at how much weight she lost. They also gave me the 1 of the bags I left almost full of unused of food and unused medicine and prescribed chews for arthritis was never given to her. And to give you example, she lost about 10% of her weight. She now weighs a 50.3 lbs. She weighed 44.1 when I brought her home. I was visibly shaken and emotionally upset –as any normal person would react as they go to pick up their beloved pet and see their pet so skinny. I did raise my voice at the staff and asked them how they could let this happen to my senior dog. The attendant who brought my dog, nor front office staff didn’t have any answers. I then demanded to see the manager, whose name is Julie. She didn’t have any clue why my dog was not fed correctly or her meds given to her. I did raise my voice w her as well, demanding answers and accountability but got none. She did cry because I was so visibly upset and she could also see the whole bag of food and medicine that was not given. I asked the owners to call me but they sent me an email trying to explain away their mistakes. They went on to say that it was basically my fault that my dog lost weight and tried to tell me their interpretation of feeding instructions vs what I told them. They also were not accountable about giving meds or vitamins and had excuses. Regardless of their excuses, You don’t make mistakes about how much to feed a dog nor not give the medicine or prescribed vitamin chews to the dog. And if they were confused about any of my instructions, they could have easily called or texted. They did refund the cost of the stay. But it’s not about money---as pet owners we entrust our fur babies to Cypress Falls Pet Resort. Their staff should have texted me and asked any questions they might have had but they never did. Don’t trust your senior pet w Cypress Falls Pet Resort.

I am VERY VERY impressed with this place! I was nervous about boarding my teacup yorkie ANYWHERE honestly. He's a little over a year old and he has traveled everywhere with me this far because he's my service dog. But this was my wedding anniversary trip, so I kind of wanted to go out alone. I had been searching for months but didn't like any of the other options until I found this one. They let us tour the facility before hand. We met some of the people who would be handling him and they made me feel very comfortable. During our trip, they sent me pictures every other day, and they updated me on how he was doing. When we picked him up, everyone knew him by name. He didn't seem nervous or anything. They really took good care of my baby and I couldn't be happier! He'll definitely be returning if ever I need them again! Thank you guys!

Legitimately the best doggie daycare I’ve ever encountered. Our dogs LOVE coming here and we can always trust they’re in the best hands. The boarding facilities are top notch, offering quiet areas, outdoor access, etc. The staff are amazing; they genuinely know and love our dogs. Best of all, they offer a daycare program for friendly dogs who aren’t socialized well enough for regular daycare. My youngest loves playing with other dogs but gets anxious easily, and I don’t think he ever would have been able to attend doggie daycare if it weren’t for Cypress Falls. Love this place!

The staff took amazing care of Blue, Nicki and Molly. The suites are beautiful. Especially Denise the tech was so caring and went above the call. She added tuna juice to encourage my cat to eat. She kept us updated by phone if there was any issues. My dog Blue had multiple walks a day. He played in the sandbox and slept in the afternoon sun on his patio. The manager and all the techs were wonderful too.
