Sun City Animal Hospital

Our little Lucy got cornered by 2 coyotes with a spare watching from the wall. We heard her squeal and ran to her, yelling at the trio. They fled but had bitten her multiple times. She was bleeding badly. We wrapped her in a towel and rushed to Sun City Animal Hospital. The staff hurried her into the back room for emergency treatment. We are extremely grateful for her survival, she was stitched up with multiple bites and they left drains in so she could heal. Thankfully she is up running us around wanting to get out to sniff everything as usual.

I just moved to Sun City and needed a vet as I have 4 rescue dogs. One needs a monthly shot for arthritis so I made appt. I was very impressed with Dr. Bre who thoroughly cked out Bella and had researched another medication option in advance of my appt as I mentioned when I made the appt I would like to know about other possible treatments. I've never had a vet be as prepared for an appt w/ my dogs. And all the staff was courteous and knowledgeable from the receptionist to the assisting technician, Becca. I highly recommend this veterinarian clinic.

I recently had to change vet offices because I moved. I was really worried about it since I really liked my old vet. Well it all worked out because I found Sun City Animal hospital with a referral from my old vet. l had my first visit the other day and they were really great with my dog! They were kind and patient and listenten to my concerns and addressed them all with care.

Very friendly staff. We were just starting our journey with this amazing vet and after routine blood work we were given not so promising news. They were very sympathetic and wait until family drove from Mesa to say final goodbye to Gus. Sin City Animal Hospital was going to be our vet but things don't always turn out for the best. If I were to get another pet, Sun City Animal Hospital would most definitely be my preferred choice.

My four pups had been established at a vet practice in Phoenix since I moved to the area a decade ago, despite my settling in Sun City in 2022. I'd not felt the need to move their care as getting them back to their usual vet was easy just once/year. Recently, however, one of my dogs had a medical emergency necessitating hospitalization. Upon release, his ongoing care was going to require daily blood draws at the vet, something I'd not be able to accommodate given my own health challenges and the distance. Enter Sun City Veterinary Hospital, which I found online and with which I was impressed with their near 5-star rating. I called them and explained the situation and they were able to get me in promptly for the initial appointment and blood draw. I found the staff to be friendly, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate and the facility itself to be clean and welcoming - it has a "calm vibe" about it, if that makes sense. The initial visit went wonderfully and the front desk staff were extremely patient and helpful in getting the recurring appointments set up for me, including accommodating my need to have friends handle some of the appointments. I feel very fortunate to have found this wonderful practice and am now in the process of having records from the prior vet transferred to Sun City Veterinary Hospital just for convenience now that I know what a fantastic place it is. I highly recommend this place for your veterinary needs.
