Costanera by Sazón

We dined at your restaurant last night and it is absolutely amazing. From the young man welcoming us, to your knowledge and personable server Daniel. The presentation of the food is like art, and the flavors are an experience. My ‘paper boat’ cocktail was elevated! Just the right amount or everything. Everyone was well dressed - it deserves it! This is a true hidden gem in Ponce. May visit one more time to this week before heading home. Thank you for the experience:

The food was absolutely delicious. My husband is very picky when it comes to octopus and he loved it !!! The atmosphere is just a plus to the excellent foods. Escargot puff pastry melted in your mouth.

Wow, very impressive. Amazing spot to spend the evening and watch the sunset. Every dish was a work of art, and tasted amazing. Juan served us well will excellence. Definitely will plan to return the next time we are in Ponce.

Beautiful atmosphere, our server was very nice and knowledgeable. We did arrive late and I’m hoping that was why our food took so long to arrive and they were out of some key ingredients for a vegan dish we ordered. The wine selection was nice and the rest of the food was good. Overall I would love to revisit earlier in the day to enjoy the beach view and enjoy some of their other offerings.

The menu offers a wonderful variety, and everything we tried exceeded our expectations. What truly made the night unforgettable, though, was the outstanding service. Our waiter was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive to every detail. He took the time to explain the dishes, make recommendations, and check on us often without ever being intrusive. His friendly attitude and genuine smile made us feel comfortable and valued throughout the entire meal. It’s rare to find such a level of personalized service these days, and it really made a difference. The atmosphere was also beautiful — cozy, elegant, and with a very pleasant vibe that makes you want to stay longer and enjoy every moment. The lighting, the music, and the overall presentation of the place create a perfect environment for both a romantic dinner and a nice evening with friends or family. Overall, Costanera by Sazón is one of those places that leaves a lasting impression. Excellent food, impeccable service, and a warm, welcoming ambiance. Without a doubt, I’ll be coming back soon and recommending it to everyone I know!
