Cici's Pet Parlor

After moving across town, I had to leave my former groomer simply because the drive was no longer workable. I found Cici’s Pet Parlor, and I’m so glad I did. I have two Pomeranians. One requires a partial teddy bear cut for health reasons, and the other has a more traditional Pom cut. From the moment I arrived, the experience felt different in the best way. There were at least three staff members involved in welcoming me, and someone even opened the door for me, which may sound small, but when you’re carrying two Pomeranians, it’s huge. No one ever does that. I was able to do a 12:00 PM drop-off, which is so much easier on both me and my dogs than the typical 7:00 AM drop-off. That alone was a big win. They were finished by 3:30, and I received a text when they were ready. Every single dog walking out of the salon looked proud, happy, and beautiful, and my dogs were no exception. They look fantastic. One of my little Poms does appear to have had some coat damage from excessive clipping in the past, but the staff took the time to make detailed notes about her coat and clearly explained how we can improve it over the next few grooming sessions. That level of thoughtfulness and long-term care really impressed me. The staff was kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about my dogs as individuals. I would highly recommend Cici’s Pet Parlor, especially if you’re looking for a groomer who understands both dogs and their humans.

My dog gets aggressive when she gets a bath and brush and the people working at the shop are absolutely amazing. They are able to work with her and do such a great job. Always punctual very quick and very nice to work with. Would highly suggest bringing your animal here!!

Been coming here for years and honestly it’s gone from decent to straight up trash. Prices keep going up while the quality keeps going down. My husky always left looking half done (stomach + sides a total mess) and they even charged me for things they didn’t do. Zero effort, zero communication, just rushing dogs through. My new groomer actually calls with updates and actually takes their time, so clearly it’s not that hard. This place fell off big time — never going back.

Definitely coming back here! This guy was skeptical about his first professional grooming, but he came home SO clean and so happy! He likes a natural look, so his edges were left as is, but he came in with big dreadlocks in his behind and came back with free flowing fur … very impressed with this locally owned shop! Thank you for taking care of my lil guy!

The best groomers that go above and beyond for my pup. She’s always looking beautiful when she leaves. Plus they keep a record of what they do, what scares her (the toe clippers) and modify / adjust their approach as needed. They truly care about my sweet girl and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. We go once a month and there’s always new bows (see pics for different months).
