My family adopted Lohrei, a very anxious year old dog rescued from a bad home. Before working with Melissa my dog Oakley was a nightmare on walks. He would pull, lunging at other dogs, growling at anyone that would come near him. He had a lot of anxiety when we left him home alone which caused him to bark and chew up things around the house . After 5 weeks with Melissa , the transformation was incredible. He has less anxiety, our walks are less stressful and more enjoyable . He is well behaved when left home alone.I am definitely more confident as a dog owner. I would definitely recommend HemlockK9 Training. My dog Sky is 18 months old, very active BorderCollie/GermanShepherd mix. Melissa did a fabulous job with her. While she knew most of the basic commands when she started, she now consistently listens and obeys. Sky’s bad habits have virtually disappeared and it’s made our life together much more enjoyable! And besides training Sky, Melissa also trained me on how to reinforce Sky’s training. Highly recommend!

Best decision ever! When we found Melissa, we were completely overwhelmed with our reactive rescue dog, Duckie.
